The ARC_ESM team joined a strategic partnership meeting with the DP World team from South Africa and the Netherlands to move conversations on pooled distribution in Nigeria from ideas to action.
The conversation is urgent. In Nigeria, a significant share of the cost of essential goods builds up after they leave the manufacturer's or importer's bay — through half-empty trucks, duplicated warehouses and parallel delivery networks serving the same markets and facilities.
Partnerships between those who understand demand and those who run world-class logistics infrastructure are how essential goods become more available and more affordable across Nigeria.
