ARC_ESM has adopted a theory of change underpinned by deploying sustainable supply chain resource platforms that broker and match the supply of talent, finance, expertise, best practices, tools, training, etc. from the private sector, academia, professional associations, and implementing partners to demand from Ministries of Health and donors, investing in large-scale transformation efforts on the continent.
ARC_ESM endeavours to build an extensive network of private sector, academic and professional institution partners through its three Platforms – Private Sector Membership, Hub for Supply Chain Innovation, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) to achieve this.
ARC_ESM’s theory of change works on the hypothesis that governments and their partners will benefit greatly from access to (local) supply chain talent, approaches, resources, and partnerships that are required to deliver on their health services goals and strategies. For ease of access to the Resource Platforms, the organization has instituted project delivery roles to enable efficient matching of government demands to resources.
